At Canvas Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure your return is accepted.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring no old shipping labels are visible.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
